Shipping policy

Overview: To get your sauce where it needs to go, we may partner with fulfillment service providers to deliver all our orders efficiently and cost-effectively. These benefits reflect in timely deliveries and lower prices of our products.

We work closely with fulfillment providers and shipping carriers, to ensure timely and quality delivery practices. If an issue arises that originates from one our partners, we may not be able to issue a refund, but please email connor@thatsweetsouthernheat.com for assistance, and we will try our best to work with them to amend any issues. We take many proactive steps to reduce such instances, but just in case, we'll be there. For more information regarding our shipping policies, please see below.

Shipping Rates: The cost of shipment is calculated based on a combination of order weight, package dimensions and distance it must travel. A portion of the shipping costs will be subsidized by That Sweet Southern Heat for every order.

Shipping Timelines: Currently, we do not offer multiple options for delivery speeds, and default to the standard shipping time for ground transportation provided by shipping carriers. Anticipate all orders to delivered within 3-5 business days from time of purchase, though some packages may take longer.

Order Tracking: For each order, customers will receive order tracking information from the shipping carrier. That Sweet Southern Heat will also track deliveries until delivery completion.

International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges: Please refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy, which describes our 30-day money back guarantee.
